What are pheromone perfumes?

I do not want to dwell on this too much, but basically pheromones are chemical substances that living beings secrete and that have the ability to generate different actions and responses thanks to the interaction with the receptor's brain. Many species of animals and plants use pheromones as means of communication and behavior and influence their attitude and thoughts. The word pheromone comes from the Greek, more specifically from the words pherein and hormon, which mean "to transport" and "stimulus" respectively. Thus, pheromone perfumes incorporate some of these substances to cause attraction in the opposite gender, which is what we all want.

Pheromones and sex

What are pheromones? The term pheromone was first coined by the German biochemist Peter Karlson and the Swiss entomologist Martin Lüscher.  Pheromones are chemicals that are secreted through sweat and that can attract the opposite sex. Thus, for example, women during their most fertile period emit an odor that seems to be very attractive to men. Pheromone signals are detected through the Nasal Vomero organ that sends signals to the brain, increasing libido, arousal and sexual desire. It is also interesting to know that the word "pheromone" comes from the Greek pheron "transfer" and "hormon" excite. Although what interests us here is the power of pheromones in humans, it is also interesting to mention that numerous plants and animals also send “chemical messages” to reject or attract each other. There are many studies that have been carried out on the power of pheromones. The Karonlinska in Stockholm, the University of San Francisco or the Monell Center for...
